Here I am sharing my last summer popsicle recipe of the season. Feeling sad that summer is over, but excited for all the fall and holiday posts/recipes to come! Those of you that are in areas that are still super hot (like me) will be loving these summer recipes long into October, and if you’re on the other side of the world, these will be perfect as you transition into summer.
If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been on a bit of a popsicle kick recently. They’re so fun to make, the possibilities are endless, and they’re the perfect mid-day snack. How could it get any better?
Not to mention, this summer heat isn’t going anywhere any time soon, so they’re a nice refreshing snack when I feel like I’m about to die from heat exhaustion. haha
I have the HARDEST time staying hydrated. 1. I’m not the biggest fan of water (it has to be super cold for me to want to drink it), 2. The medication I take leads to dehydration super easily, and 3.
My favorite way to stay hydrated is by drinking infused water. There are SO many different combinations of fruits, vegetables, and herbs you could use, but I wanted to share a few of my favorites with you.
It’s no secret that gin is my favorite. So I’m back today with another super tasty and refreshing gin cocktail. This one combines two flavors I don’t use very often and I’m excited to report that it was absolutely delicious!
This cocktail is perfect for summer, but is also great to enjoy all year round. The savory flavor of thyme mixed with the citrus makes this drink great by itself or with a meal.
