Cold Brew Cocktail

Today, two of my favorite things come together: coffee and cocktails. Many of you know, the key to my heart is with a nice cup of coffee or a delicious cocktail, depending on when you ask. I’m putting the two together for one super fun and tasty cold brew cocktail!!! (And if you couldn’t tell, I’m so excited!)

I thought about making my own cold brew like I have for past recipes, but figured I would save some time and energy and use cold brew from my favorite coffee shop, Home Brewed Bar. So, if you’re like me and are constantly on a time crunch, pause your reading, run out and get cold brew, then come back to make this cocktail!!

What you’ll need

1.5 oz KOVAL Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur (Last used here)
1.5 oz Vanilla mint simple syrup
5 Dashes of lavender bitters
Cold Brew

This recipe is about as simple as it gets – stir the ingredients together, add ice. That’s it! I garnished mine with fresh mint, and if you’re really feeling fancy you could add vanilla sugar to the rim! This cocktail is perfect for fall, and if you live somewhere that’s not 90 degrees still (like California), you might even try this recipe warm!

Believe me when I tell you, I wanted to make (and drink) and entire pitcher of this stuff – it’s that tasty! I refrained, but definitely plan on it the next time I have friends over! I know you’re going to love this cocktail as much as I do.
