I can’t get enough matcha recently, and I know I’m not the only one! When I’m not making my favorite matcha milk lattes, I like using it to make smoothies and smoothie bowls. I’m so excited to share this recipe with you today. I know you’re going to love it as much as I do!
I think my favorite part of this recipe (and all smoothie bowls really) are the endless possibilities when it comes to toppings. This part really depends on flavor preferences and whether you like sweet, salty, fruity, etc. The chia seeds are so fun because they mix into the bowl perfectly and create a subtle chia seed pudding texture. Yummy!
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Cubed Mango
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 tsp. Flax Seeds
- 16 oz. Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp. Matcha
- Shaved Coconut
- Cacao Nibs
- Chia Seeds
- Goji Berries
- Combine all ingredients except the matcha and blend until smooth.
- Add matcha and pulse until fully mixed.
- Pour smoothie into bowls and top with toppings of choice.
