Watermelon Mint Gin Fizz Cocktail

When I think of summer, there are a few things that come to mind no matter where I am or what the weather is like. One of those things is watermelon! When I was little, my dad and I would choose one day every summer and we would eat an entire watermelon, just the two of us. We would wear our bathing suits and when we were done, we would run through the sprinklers and squirt each other with the hose to clean the juice off our hands, arms, face, legs, and pretty much everywhere else it ended up. ha!

Now that I’m older, we’re not always able to hold that tradition up, but I make sure I have watermelon at least once every summer as an ode to our watermelon feasting days. This year, that day came and brought with it a super delicious cocktail. SO MUCH YUM!

Watermelon Cocktail - Noodoso

I know I say this with a lot of things, but this cocktail may actually be one of my absolute favorites that I’ve shared! The flavors work so well together and feel like a burst of summer when you take a sip. It also works well as a mocktail, so if you have little ones this may be a fun option for them!
